When I start up Unity 5.1.of3 when I get to the servery I can’t scroll down at all! Please Someone Help!

Thank you so much! I am going to try this today. Also I am running Windows 10 64-bit but this also happened on Windows 8.1. EDIT:I acadently forgot. Also Today I updated Unity 5.1.2.f4 to Unity 5.1.2f1!
Let me know if you are still getting stuck on Win 10, we are currently trying to pick up any issues on this version.
I have the same problem! I installed unity free version on win 10 but I cant scroll down the survey page which I apparently have to fill in
after an intense session of aggressively clicking random mouse buttons I finally managed to scroll down and complete the survey. what I did was holding down the scroll button and then forcefully dragging it down, after that I managed to scroll the normal way. this was a rather small yet annoying problem and I don’t know if others have this problem but is was definitely not my mouse. anyways, I can finally start working

I updated to the latest virson of Unity. Also I will try what SoundClash was doing. Also SoundClash what you were doing was pretty funny 
also I have Unity on a laptop.
Actually after the new update for Unity after I installed it when I had a mouse for it I was able to scroll down just fine.
