What Unity version? Is the project created in a location that has correct permissions? Like the user folder?
Unity version: 3.10.0.
I am creating a project in the folder: C:\GamesUnity
(Games Unity is a folder that I created for projects)

It’s possible that folder may not be valid.
There should be a user folder in C:\Users\[Username Here] which has your user folder, then you can make a folder here. The C drive root may be protected.
Additionally 3.10.0 is the version of Unity hub not the unity version.
When you make a new project the version is shown at the top.

I changed the folder to: C:\Users\Adm\GameUnity and it still doesn’t work 
What happens specifically? Does it simply close? No splash screen?
No editor task in the task manager?
the window for selecting a template (and creating a project, respectively) just closes and I find myself on the main screen of Unity Hub

EDIT: also as for video people usually use google drive or some other cloud thing.
I think .mov is supported on this site tho?
writing directly on the C drive may not work. try creating the project on a second drive if you have it, if not use the Desktop directly, create a folder on desktop.
