Heya! I am relatively new to Unity and I need some help getting asset packs into my project. Whenever I get to the Package Manager page, it says “An error occurred: Unable to get purchase details because you may not have purchased this package”. When I try and press download, it says “The download could not be completed. Please try again”. This seems to happen with every asset pack I try. How do I fix this so I can get back to work? Any advice would help. Feel free to ask me questions about it too! Thanks

Can you show the full console? I read about this error before, the problem back then was that the users weren’t logged in for whatever reason.
