I can't find IK Solvers in this project

I click here on “add component” and type in “IK Solvers” and it won’t come up. Is there anything I’m doing wrong? I just wanna rig this character in the tutorial from Not Slot

There is no component in Unity named IKSolvers. It is a part of someone else’s framework.
