I can't get Global Fog to work anymore

I don’t know what the heck but global fog no longer works.
It has in the past but the scene I use it on i haven’t loaded it for a year and I notice it doesn’t work.
I removed effects folder and reimported effects from standard assets and still no effect.

Anyone have any ideas?
Unity Version 2017.3.1 p1

Maybe you have import errors

check your console window for import errors

Idk im having issues.
I removed the Standard Assets folder again and now I can’t get ImageEffects back at all.
I’m thinking now that Unity changed how they do Image Effects?
I notice I have a post processing folder that I removed and now its back again after installing Standard Assets
I notice global fog component is gone now.

I can’t figure out how to use post Processing though

Finally got global fog component back to showing up. Seems I had some outdated files I had to remove. Was really causing issues. Was reliant on the old Standard Asset files i had i guess.
Global fog sill doesn’t work though. Zero fog showing. so idk
not seeing any import errors for it.

Idk i give up. Just spent 3 hours on trying to get fog to work. It must be broken in Unity 2017.3.1 p1.

I’ll it out on a new project first.
I noticed when I open up the Fog Shader in my editor I get hit with errors from my Odin Inspector asset

Edit: I updated Odin and that fixed those errors.

You can find standard assets on "Legacy Image Effects "on asset store

Thanks for all the replies.
I figured out whats wrong lol. I forgot that there are fog settings on the lighting window. I simply had fog turned off.
Also I figured out how to use the new post processing stack now. That was real simple lol.
I think I tried using it a while back and couldn’t get it to work. Maybe it was buggy back then.
