I can't get into my projects for some reason

all my folders are still there. I keep getting this message “Cannot switch to project folder, Please make sure Unity has access to
/Users/xxxxxxx/Downloads/unity projects/forbidden powers”
I am using a macbook pro
and using unty version:2019.3.0f3
I am trying to open it from unity hub

so I guess I should say this for anyone else who has an issue like this in the future. I had to go into my privacy settings and allow it access from my system services.

Maybe you have admin authentication error. Copy the whole project folder and paste it to another drive. Then after opening unity do : open another project and browse the drive where you pasted your project

I moved the project folder to Users/Shared folder and the build was successful
