I go to Unity Cloud put my email and password, and when I click in Login button a red empty box appear.
Your Unity Ads login is not the same as your Unity login (unless you have set it up to be so), I guess youd just login via the UDN option if you wanted to do that.

When have you made your UnityAds account? The e-mail login system is still open to support users that created their accounts before we changed to UDN login system.
However, the login window should not show a blank error in the case of authentication failure. Are you using some ad blockers? Have you tried from another browser?
If you are trying to sign up for Unity Ads, you should click the “UDN Login or Sign Up” button instead. It then prompts you to login using your UDN account and if you don’t already have an account, it will help you create one.
If your issue doesn’t fall into any of these categories, can you PM me the e-mail address you’ve used to create your Unity Ads account? If this is not suitable for you, I recommend sending us a mail to unityads-support@unity3d.com from the address you used to create your account.

When i try to log in it goes successful. But when i click on earn money, then this happens.

I took a quick peek at your account information and it seems that your name is set to be empty in UDN.
At the moment there is an issue that prevents users from logging in if the name is empty.
You should be able to login to Unity Ads by following these steps:
1.) Go to www.unity3d.com
2.) Login to your account
3.) Set a name for yourself
4.) Try logging into Unity Ads.
