i can't Modify the game button position

i want to modify the main menu button But when i modify the button and run the game. the button stays in her place because New clone of the main menu is showing but i cant modify the clone because When the play mode is stopped the colone automatcly hide .

Play mode reverses all changes made to a scene when you’re done playing, except something you’re saving ( such as playerprefs or a custom script that’s saving files). This is normal by-design behaviour.
