You mean you cannot see the camera’s view in 3D? Switch to 3D mode if that’s the case, by clicking that “2D” text in the top bar of the view. Or alternatively press key 2 on the keyboard.
If you can’t see the camera icon on the screen, you need check your gizmos and if the camera is toggled off. Click on that gizmos text to see the popup. Scroll down the list and check if the camera’s checkbox is ticked on.
