I installed the adapter and added ironSource to the waterfall.
ironSource account has also been approved.
However, in the Mediation report of the Unity dashboard, only Unity Ads is enabled, and ironsource does not change. In fact, only Unity Ads ads seem to be shown.
I think ironSource is not sending ads, do I need more settings?
Hi skfldao! To confirm, have you set up Ironsource within the “Ad Source” page in the dashboard? Setting this up allows us to report on that network.
I have a bidding instance ID(1) and an ironSource network instance ID(2). I’m confused as to which instance ID to use when adding ironSource to the waterfall.
When I first asked the question, I was using (1) instance ID.
After changing to (2) Instance ID, the status value changed to green and the report shows 0 instead of -.
Is it correct to use (2) instance id?
And still no ads from ironSource.
I checked by temporarily setting ironSource’s eCMP to 0.01 in Sort by eCPM Target so that IronSource’s ads can show up first.
However, the ads from Unity Ads show up after several failed ad loads.
Hi skfldao, line items in the “Sort by eCPM” and “Backfill” section are different from bidding, hence using instance ID 2 for the network is correct (vs instance 1 which is for bidding).
Since the Ironsource line item was just set up, it may take some time for data to show up. If it’s still not showing anything after 1-2 days please let us know!
Ironsrc waits for a certain number of unique active users for a certain number of days before responding to ad requests.
Are your apps live? How much install do they have ? if it’s too low you won’t get ironsrc ads
