Hey, when i open unity, i can’t see the scene or anything, it is being like a frame. In front of unity is empty and i see my background.

Try changing the Layout Option to something else i.e Default… Its located in the Top Right Corner of that image
change your layout to default view ( top righ dropdown in your pic) if that dont work, hit revert factory default to reset layouts.
