I can't upload more than 8 creatives per day

Using bulk upload, or the standard way to upload creatives through create campaign/creative pack, I can’t upload more than 8-10 creatives if i try to upload more, the message appears: “Unfortunately we were unable to create your creative pack”. Although a week ago, you could upload as many creatives as you like.

And not only I faced such a problem.

How to fix it and what caused this problem?
