I converted to URP -> HDRP -> URP and my rendering is broken

I converted a URP project to HDRP and back. For some reason shadowing and lighting is completely broken(Especially with terrain). Here are some pictures. Please help me.

URP and HDRP are no equivalents and one can’t migrate between them without serious data losses.

→ Use your version control system to revert your project to previous valid state.

If you didn’t setup a version control earlier (or project backup at least) then this will be a lesson for you why these things matter so much.

You may have luck if you completely regenerate your project.

Though, the changes may be fundamental to the scene (and not caching problems), like incompatible lighting values between HDRP and URP that you would have to correct manually.

As the others have mentioned, version control is a necessity to being able to revert breaking changes!
