I could not re-activate unity3d. Please help.

Hi all,

Recently my pc crashed several times.
After formatting the harddisk and installing unity3d, it says I need to contact support.
I sent an email to support and no response received so far.
Please help.

Have you been waiting a long time (more than a day or two)? If so, send them another e-mail, and if you still get nothing, post again and I will give them a poke for you.

I followed the steps to create unity_v2.x.ilr and use https://store.unity3d.com/manual/ to fill in my registration no. and upload the ilr file.
It still says

As a result, I still cannot run unity3d, no matter using internet or manual registration.
(I replied to the last email on Dec 11 and am still waiting for a reply. Or should I need to open another case no.?)

If you’ve got a case number and you aren’t getting a response, you should just reply to the e-mail again, quoting the number and mentioning that you’ve been waiting a while.

I could run unity3d now.

I sent an e-mail to unity support, it has been 8 days still i have no answer… I had to enter activation codes for unity 3 betas now i have unity 3.0 and i cant use it that really sucks :frowning:
