I didint see Moving tool arrows

Hi!
I have problem with unity since yesterday, I see
Moving tool arrows only when I get very very very close to object, when I watch them normaly, its look like this 5389101--546447--2020-01-20 (2).png
It will not be problem for me, but I think another problem is attached to this, when I want to resize for example my text (using rect tool) I cant just move the line (except when I get very close, like in Moving tool)

What can be problem? How I can repair this ?

What version are you using? I remember that in one of 2019 beta versions I had the same bug in 2D mode. Try upgrading to newer version.
