i dont have any standard assests

ive been told when you start a new project in unity you cantick a box and you will have standard assets. but when i start a new project there insnt any standard assets to be imported into unity ive seen if i can download them anywhere but i cant please can anyone help me.

Try downloading Unity again. That will download the assets folder too, then start up the new Unity and see if its in there.
