I have 2 problems can i have help

OS: Macos 10.14.6
I am having 2 issues at once:

  1. The first issue is that I cannot re-open my projects after I close it, I just doesn’t respond and then it opens unity hub and then unity crashes.
  2. When i want to make a mobile build it says that I dont have the licence for it. I have a student account and it comes as a baic free unity account.
