I have a problem with my personal plan license and can't access my project,How can I reset my unity personal plan license

After I update my unity hub to 3.4.1 version, my unity hub says that I have no activate license. the problem is I have it and just renew it for a month ago. After that, I try to renew it again and it works with a several tries. Unluckily, my license still not work and I can’t access my project. Can I know what to do or how to solve this problem?

Hi @RodITimMaa Have you tried returning it and getting a new one? Here’s the documentation about returning a license.
