I have both unity Pro and unity iOS basic license but I can't upgrade to iOS Pro

Hi all,

I have both unity Pro and unity iOS basic license but I can’t upgrade to iOS Pro.
Does anyone has the same problem?:face_with_spiral_eyes:
I’ve sent an email to unity(sales and support) a week ago but they still haven’t responded to my question.:frowning:
So I am going to post the question here and seek for help.:smile:

My situation is :

I bought an iOS basic license 6 months ago.:smile:
Since I want to use the Unity iOS Pro, I bought a unity pro license a week ago.:stuck_out_tongue:
However, after I purchased the pro license I found that I should upgrade the old serial key.:frowning:

My iOS Serial : Key A (Got it 6 months ago):sunglasses:
My Unity Pro Serial : Key B (Got it a week ago):sunglasses:

As I know that if I upgrade from the iOS basic license to the iOS Pro, I need to pay $1100 USD.:smile:
But the unity web page only has the $2600USD option which includes the unity Pro (I’ve already have Unity Pro and I cannot cancel that check box).:(:(:frowning:
I will be VERY appreciate if anyone can help me.:wink:

Well, it’s something only the sales department of Unity can help you. Mail them again.

Ya I know…Just want to see if anyone faces the same problem as me.
Does anyone know what the usual response time of the sales department is?
I’ve already sent two emails and waited for a week.

I’m guessing (and emphasis on guessing, I have not really experienced this, nor am I in any way affiliated with unity) that they will offer you to upgrade your iphone basic to iphone pro, but you’ll have to pay the difference.

Haha…your guess is right, AcidArrow.
Finally they provide a new key for me which both includes the pro and iOS basic.
If I want to upgrade to iOS pro then I have to pay the difference and this is what I expected.
