i cant build apk from this ar project , i want play video by textreco but i cant, can you help me by a video tutorial ??

As I see from your screenshot you try to build your project for Android. As the Unity docs say MovieTexture can be used only if your build for PC

Android
Movie Textures are not supported on Android. Instead, full-screen streaming playback is provided using Handheld.PlayFullScreenMovie.

I think this is the main problem
