i have reinstall and isntall again i have make last updates but is same problem.

First try this

If unlucky, Maybe You need a clean install. For this:

  1. Uninstall Unity.
  2. Find and delete Unity folders in Program FIles (x64, x86) , Program Data, C:/Users/“Username”/AppData(hidden)/ (Local, LocalRow, Roaming)
  3. Clean System with something like ccleaner.
  4. Reboot.
  5. If not helped, try to contact Unity Support.

Or Maybe this is a Windows 10 incompatibility issue. Try to install Windows 7/8.
