This looks like it was done by Unity. You can tell because some of the pixels are wrong and I’ve seen a few Unity games in my time.
It’s so disgusting that there are so many cigarettes on the ground there.

It’s quite common in those panarama shots to have someone run around and join the other side so that they’re in the shot twice. I don’t think I’ve seen anyone do it from the center, though… That’s a lot harder. And he’s even wearing different clothes, which is harder yet.
