I was not given any option to down load or install :(.
In Unity, go to Window → Asset Store, and click the button that looks like an Inbox. Your purchased assets will be listed there. Download/Import the package you want, and you’re all set.
Thank you Schneider…If it wasn’t for you I may not have figured that out. It seem like one or two many extra steps…Not so obvious. GeNa folder is now next to standard assets folder.

I believe you can also browse to the asset’s page in your web browser, and as long as you’re signed in, the button that normally says “Purchase” will say “Open in Unity”, which should launch the editor and open the downloads page.
If you have feedback on any ideas of how it could work better, you should bring it up on the Feedback Form! Sometimes things that are obvious to more technically-minded people could be improved with a bit of intuitive adjustment!
