i just was randomly teleported to like 3 million z in the editor and cant get back to 0

i was making a map and then just got randomly teleported far away and its really buggy, im new to unity so i don’t know how to do so much

select any object in the scene hierarchy you want to focus on
make sure scene view is active (click into it)
press F
