I would need about 15 male and 15 female. I did a bit of looking online and the best I found was about $30 per sheet. So I was just wondering if that is a fair price for my need?
That greatly depends on how good the artist is and how “difficult” you are as a client. From my perspective as an artist, I don’t think I could offer them that cheap. I would suggest to commision 1 sheet as a test, and if you like the result, go for it. Keep in mind that if you will need more of these in the future, and want the style to stay consistent, that you make sure the artist wants to work again with you. If you need to commision someone else that has the skill to believably immitate another artist’s style, you might be looking at a multiple of the quoted cost, because those people are rare.

$30 is a great price for that sheet, but you might get what you pay for. Meaning - you might get half of what you want for that price.
