i contacted for help from unity team, and them always asking my phone number(old) that i lost it and can’t remember or the name of the projects in unity
which i don’t really remember it, cos i’m not a developer i just use unity to sell animation packs,i am a publisher on asset store
its been a month now that unity team keep asking the same questions
and i can’t get in to my asset sell page, and can’t get the money from them, can’t do anything
so it just gonna take the money every month from now on? this is really mess up
did anyone have this problem? and how it fix it…? Thanks,
i am not using any paid service stuff so i just resigned to not care. But yeah, i got in touch with support because the two-factor ID requires a phone number I must have had like 5 years ago, and there is zero other ways to reset password, and support just ask you for the phone number after you painstakingly explain that you don’t have it… what is the point of paying humans if they literally don’t read the stuff users send them?
