I need help creating a thermal scope

So I’ve been searching everywhere on how to create a thermal scope for unity 2018 and I couldn’t find anything. So I gave up and decided to ask here. It is going to be for a VR game.

I’m somewhat new to unity, so I don’t really know what else to provide here
