I need to bend a stick and am lost

So I am working on a little VR game right now and I need a way to bend a stick. I have been cracking at it for awhile now, however, and am lost. The goal is to have an anchor point that one side of the stick that is stationary and then another attachment on the other side that moves. The stick also needs to be bendy like a long wooden rod and have accurate physics. If anyone can help explain how to make a bendy stick I will be very grateful!

PS: I also need it to be able to scale along the Y axis so it can be short or long. It doesn’t change after instantiation however!
