2If you just want the visual effect of a liquid flowing along those pipes, you might want to investigate flow maps. The idea is to supply a texture to your shader that encodes a direction vector for each pixel to show the direction that water flows through that point (similar to how a normal map uses a texture to describe the normal direction at any point):
@jowitt_msft Thanks for digging this up. I'm in the same situation myself, was really hoping to move our build process to Docker but looks like that will need to wait.
– sad_pd_unityThank you very much for your help here. I bought the “Liquid Volume” this Shader. Through the help of the author to increase the function of the neglect of gravity. Perfect solution to my problem.
What liquid? A particle system? A shader? An animated texture? What have you tried already? You haven't asked any question to be answered.
– tanoshimiI did something like this in the past... But i didn't understand even a word that you said, so i can't help. I assume that you said that you are a real real pro advanced super mega hyper technology master, and that no one can help you and now you said that you have contacted the creator of an asset store's asset and he will help you? I think that's it. I really wish i could help though.
– ZitooxI ended up trying to achieve the same, only to find that this question is still open. Any news so far?
