Hi @Seto1 !

You can access Muse Behavior via the package manager on the editor:

  • Step 1: Download Unity 2022.3 LTS (or later) through the Hub.
  • Step 2: Create a new Unity project or open an existing one.
  • Step 3: Install the package via the Package Manager by using this link, or manually:
Open the Package Manager: Window → Package Manager.
In the Package Manager, click the Plus button and select “Install package by name…”
    Enter: com.unity.muse.behavior
  • Step 4: Click the Add/install button.

You don’t need Muse Subscription to use the package, only for the LLM/generative features

Can you access this post?

I was able to install via the package name, and mess around with the sample, but I don’t have access to that post (but I am in the Sentis and Muse Chat betas)

Hi @BackgroundMover, I’ve asked our community team to look into it. They’re off for the weekend (I’m just here anxiously looking for feedback for Muse Behavior!) so it’ll be sometime during the week. Sorry!

I guess for immediate feedback, and this is very silly, but I’m using dual monitors, both at 200% scale. In the Muse Behaviour editor window, the Inspector panel sat in the top left, OVER the Blackboard panel. So the past couple days I’ve been poking at it, not knowing there was a “global” blackboard panel (and functionality) underneath.

edit- also the tutorial video should definitely be mentioned in the package documentation

Hi there, it seems like you have used behaviour a while I have question if you don’t mind? If I create some behaviours in a 2022.x project could I use the results in a project in 2021.x?

Hi Andy! Serialisation of the behaviors should work for 2021, 2022 and 2023, so yes

Hi @BackgroundMover! Thank you for the feedback  Are you on 0.5.5? I thought we fixed it! I’ll have a look. Can you please confirm?

And we’re working on better documentation which will also include the video! Unfortunately some parts of the video are already slightly out of date.

I hope you’re enjoying the tool, let me know how it’s going and thanks again for the feedback!

Thanks, i just started a topic for this lol. I do think it warrants it anyway as the asset I use Animal controller is based on unity’s tank ai video and setup which seems quite similar to how behaviour works. It really excited by this as a major part of my project is AI behaviour.
