I receive notification when i open application. How to block it?

Hello eveyone. I have a weird problem. As i mentioned in the topic, i receive notification when i open my application. Notification is empty, i mean there is no writing in the notification, but it has the logo of the application. I checked AndroidManifest but i couldn’t find any problem. Why i reveice this notification?

I have Android 5 with my test device. Is it about android 5? Here is what i do and what i get;
1st i delete the old application in my device and then i build and run the application with unity 4.6.6. When the build is successful, after the application is opened in my test device, i receive local notification in my test device. This notification is the notification of my application. I couldn’t block it. There must be something wrong but i couldn’t find it. Did that happen to anyone else except me?
