I see the PostProcess threw the whole map. fix please

Hey,

i have a problem I can see my postprocess threw my whole map that i have on a moving gameobject.
I want the postprocess to be hidden when the gameobject is behind annother object. Can the post process on the moving gameobject can also be hidden behind terrain gras and trees?

Ok so for better detail my question again:

I have a FirstPerson Player. At the moment, the player can see Animals that are moving around the map. These Animals are also covered in red color to see them better. The Animals are colored red with a Post Process Effect. The Player can see this post process effect. that works BUT the player can see the animals threw the whole map. even behind other gameobjects and terrain trees and bushes.

How can I make it that the post process effect that makes that animals appear in a red color for the player, are not visible when they are behind an object or terrain trees and gras.
