I think the new XR plugin has a problem

If I recognize the controller while Unity Editor play mode is off, it seems that the VR controller recognized by the editor is recognized as another controller.
As a result, the controller is recognized as a duplicate.
So, Controller tracking does not work properly due to this problem.
I am using Unity version 2019.3.11 and windows mixed reality via hp reverb.
I would like to ask if Unity has a solution to this problem.

Try WIndows MR XR Plugin package 2.1.6-preview.3. Should be resolved there.
