I upgraded Localization package and now this bug

Unity 2019.4.30f1.
I just finished upgrading the Localization package from what was 0.10 something to the 1.0.3 and now I have a bug that burps plenty of errors and has my Simulator window becoming defective.

I can’t even collapse the Options left panel in the Simulator tab. It’s all broken.
Restarting Unity changes nothing.
I tried downgrading it (remembering that the option to do so is only available once the package is actually installed from the Git URL).
Device Simulator was 2.2.4. I upgraded it to 3.0.2.
Problem sorta went away but then I got this.

Failed instantiating Device Simulator legacy extension PackageLanguageMenu.
UnityEngine.Debug:LogError (object)
Unity.DeviceSimulator.SimulatorExtensions:.ctor () (at Library/PackageCache/com.unity.device-simulator@3.0.2-preview/Editor/Scripting/DeviceSimulatorInterfaces.cs:47)
UnityEditor.EditorGUI/PopupCallbackInfo:SetEnumValueDelegate (object,string[],int) (at /Users/bokken/buildslave/unity/build/Editor/Mono/EditorGUI.cs:3218)

It still is there after restarting.
Whatever fix was implemented in May doesn’t seem to work at all.
Also it looks like the Control panel is lacking content that was present before. I just have Application Settings now.

I have not seen this issue before. Please file a bug report so we can look into it.
