I want to make a gun with 2 parts and follow their positions and scales

I am trying to make a gun that throws a rope with a needle on the top of it. So when I fire, the rope gets taller but the needle too(I made it child because of the transform relation). How can I avoid that also I want to manage that needle must stay at the top of the rope all the time.

maybe solution for you will be just shoting the arrow, and instead of scalling rope- using Line Renderer for faking rope… so you will just conect two points with it… code will be much easier.
