Do you mean .unitypackage ? Then right-click in Assets and select “export package”
i mean .unity3d file
is it unity web player ? Sorry, I have never used it, I think it was abadoned one day, also try older Unity version. Like 5.3.

as said, I am not sure, that *.unity3d is unity webplayer
Don’t bother with the webplayer. It’s obsolete. It’s not supported by Unity. Nor will it run on any up to date browser. The closest quibble my solution is WebGL.
