Hi! With new 1.23(Unity 2019.2.11f) update i started to receive messages from my users, that some of them got “Duplicate Transaction” error after making a non-consuming purchasing. I don’t use pending in ProcessPurchase.
What could be source of this error? Thanks. Should i just unlock an item if catch this?
We are looking into this. If you can provide the device logs when this happens, it would be useful. Understood this is typically impossible to get logs from a user. If you are in email contact with an affected user, we could also ask them a few questions, like if they are installing on multiple devices (which is ok).
