IAP failing with NoProductsAvailable for a few Google Play users

Some of our users (approx 0.5%) on Google Play are unable to properly initialize IAPs.
They belong to a wide range of time zones (at least half of the globe).

OnInitializeFailed() is triggered, with a InitializationFailureReason set to NoProductsAvailable.

Unity 2019.4.21f1, IAP v3.2.3.

Is anyone experiencing similar issues?

Yes, we have an update coming out soon to hopefully address this issue. It seems if there was a slow network or delayed response, we didn’t appear to properly handle the response.
