IAP in 2019.4.28 for Android even possible anymore?

Unity IAP including Google billing library v4 is only available on Unity 2020+.

Hello VasiliyChe, Unfortunately, there are no plans to add GPBL v4 support for Unity 2019 LTS. Since 4.2.0-pre.1, the minimum Unity Editor version we support is 2020.3.
