How can i change IAP locale to get IAP products localized info different from my phone locale?
You would need to change the locale of the account you are signed into the billing system with. Eg on iTunes connect, sign in with a user account from the different locale you wish to test.
i changed my google account language it did not affect the result. i changed phone language it changed localized message from Google Play.
