IAP service is not shown in Dashboard

Hi. In latest Unity IAP package Google API key should be set in the Unity cloud dashboard, but I can’t asset to it.

• Project Settings - In the Services Project Settings page of the Editor, we have changed the endpoint from which the Google Play Key is obtained. Also, instead of setting the key directly in the editor, there is now a dashboard link to set it directly on the backend to avoid future errors.

When I click the link in IAP settings tab, it shows project main page and there is no IAP service in Services tab.

How to access IAP settings dashboard?
