Icon preredered not work while compile with xcode 5

the gross effect still on ios6 devices.
Everything is fine on xcode 4.x but we know appstore won’t accept any app’s compile with 4.x xcode.

I just added a reply in the Unity Support forum, then noticed you also posted it here, which is the correct forum.

I am also noticing the same problem and cannot find a fix.

Using the latest Xcode and Unity, app icons look fine in iOS 7, but the Prerendered Icon setting in Unity has no effect in iOS 6. Whatever I do, the gloss and shine effects are added to the icon, totally destroying the look.

Does anyone know how to correct this?

Throwing my hat in here too, would like to know if this is just me mis-using Unity / Xcode or is there a fix on the way?

Started happening when I upgraded to Xcode 5 so I’m guessing it’s Unity being slow to react to an Xcode change?

In Xcode, open the file browser and select Images.xcassets. Select AppIcon and open the Attributes Inspector, then check the box labeled “iOS icon is pre-rendered”
