Icons and splash

Hi! I have got Unity Pro 4.5.1f3 and I set up all my icons and splash screen for Windows Store in player settings. However when I deploy it to the win8.1 tablet it just shows the “power by unity” splash and the tile is just a unity logo icon completely ignoring the images I had chosen in the editor.

Please let me know how to get this working.

I found out I had to delete the entire output folder and build in unity again to get this working.
