ID@Xbox developer tools

I’m not sure if this is the correct category to post it but I want to find how to download the ID@Xbox developer tools.
I’m already have a ID@Xbox account, I just need the package.
I found the GitHub - microsoft/xbox-live-unity-plugin: The Xbox Live Unity Plugin provides a way for developers in the Xbox Live Creators Program to quickly and easily integrate Xbox Live functionality into their Unity based game. I tried everywhere to find my “Microsof representative” and got nowhere.

It would probably be better to ask this question via email to id@xbox.com. This way you get an answer directly from the horse’s mouth on what to do.

I’m afraid that the information you are asking for cannot be shared publicly. ID@Xbox is the place to go, that’s how you get in touch with your Microsoft representative.
