If I register Unity free can I try the pro trial later?

I’m just wondering because I won’t have time to put pro through its paces till early next year so the 30 day trial would be wasted. But would like to play with the free version if the pro trial will still be an option at a later date.

Yes you can do that. In fact that’s what I did so I could learn the ropes and then later use the pro to make something for fun once I know what I’m doing. (I have not update to the pro trial yet)
