If your making a social game how could your game handle harassment between players?

Are there any great examples of games that handle social harassment well?

Do modern games even have UI/UX features for red flagging players social behaviours?

A lot of games that identify cheaters put them together in cheater only games, cordoning them off from non-cheating players. Would this stratergy work with players who socially harrass other players?

Many games have report payer option. Multiple strikes cause to system/admin act.
zero-k have this for example. + you can point into timestamp of game replay, where every game is recorded and acessible publicaly. So even single report can be more than enough.
