Yup! The FAQ on the submit page now reads:

Q: I’m entering an iPhone game - how do I get copies to you?
A: There are two ways to submit your game. If your game is already live in the iPhone Games Store and is relatively inexpensive or free, then we will purchase sufficient copies to do the judging ourselves. Simply tell us the name of your game in your submission and we’ll find it. (If we get an excessive amount of entries, we reserve the right to ask you for a $10-$20 store credit to offset our expenses).

Alternatively, if your game is unreleased, you can submit your entry details without uploading your game, and then we will contact you after the deadline with a list of the judge’s DeviceIDs. You will then upload a binary which is set up for ad-hoc distribution and includes the specific supplied IDs.
