Yes - there are solutions in the asset store - I think one or two are free.
Retargeting for generic - is doable - but it isn’t considered retargeting - it is copying the transforms from one rig to the other, but the rigs have to be identical (essentially). A couple forum goers have detailed this workflow - you can find by searching - I think TonyLi has detailed this process previously.
