I have a FBX character model with bonés, i made it in Maya. Its possible to set IKs in Unity, so i can control the arm and legs?

Yes. There’s two solutions:

Have your model be compatible with Unity’s humanoid-based IK system.

If you have a model that’s not humanoid compatible (like a dog or a dinosaur), you’ll have to get a third party solution from the asset store. We tried FinalIK, it’s pretty decent.
