Im having trouble baking my navmesh, Strange pattern around trees.

I’m using the unity terrain system with terrain trees. Each tree has a single capsule collider. When I bake the navmesh, a strange pattern appears.

No Preview Packages.

Found the solution. Check out if your LOD03 are billboards.

I had this same problem. The issue is that it’s using the last LOD as Mike said. To fix it, I edited the tree on the terrain and set the NavMesh LOD Index to First instead of Last. The last has the billboards so it makes sense.201038-treenavmeshfix.png
